No Return Policy
All sales made on RamSarovar.com are final.
Once an artwork has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy applies to:
- Original paintings
- Limited edition artworks
- Custom or commissioned art
- Framed or unframed paintings
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed. Please ensure that you carefully review:
- Artwork images
- Descriptions and specifications
- Size, medium, and framing details
before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if you receive:
- A damaged artwork, or
- An incorrect item
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [support@ramsarovar.com] along with:
- Clear photos of the package
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Images of the damaged or incorrect item
After verification, we may offer a replacement or resolution at our sole discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note:

- Handcrafted artworks may have natural variations
These factors do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.
